1. Application field
It has been widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, light industry, paper making, mining and other industrial sectors. Horizontal spiral discharge and sedimentation centrifuge is a continuous operation centrifuge which uses sedimentation principle to separate suspended liquid. It can continuously feed, sedimentation and dehydrate when running at full speed.

3. Three, the working principle
The suspension from the central feed pipe into the drum running at full speed, due to the action of centrifugal force field, the suspension of higher density of sediment (heavy phase) deposited on the inner wall of the drum, and the lower density of clarification (light phase) in the inner layer of the sediment. The sediment is transported from the spiral to the cone section of the drum through the sediment discharge outlet, and the clarification liquid flows from the spiral channel formed by the spiral blade to the column section of the drum through the overflow port, so as to realize the separation of liquid-solid two phases with different density.
